A 3×3 m bioclimatic pergola with motor costs between €3,500 and €5,200. The most popular model, 4×3 m with motor, rain sensor and integrated LED, is approximately €5,500–€7,800. For premium 5×4 m projects the price ranges from €8,500 to €12,000.

In most municipalities of the province of Alicante a pergola is classed as a minor work. We manage the entire process for you, including documentation for the town hall and the residents association if required.

A folding-arm awning is installed in a few hours. Glass curtains take 1 day. A bioclimatic pergola takes 1-2 days. Prior custom manufacturing typically takes 2 to 4 weeks from signing the quote.

Yes. We have extensive experience with communities. We know the uniformity agreements of the main urbanisations on the Costa Blanca and prepare all documentation for the administrator before installation. We offer a special community price for 4 or more units.

The bioclimatic pergola has motorised adjustable louvres that regulate light, ventilation and close automatically in rain. It can be used 365 days a year. The fixed aluminium pergola is more affordable but has no adjustment. We recommend the bioclimatic model for regular use on the Costa Blanca.

Yes, we offer annual maintenance contracts that include a pre-season technical check, fabric cleaning, hardware lubrication and motor inspection. Especially recommended for installations on the seafront.

With basic maintenance, a certified fabric (Dickson, Sattler or Sauleda) lasts between 8 and 15 years on the Costa Blanca. On the seafront we recommend fabrics with a minimum 30,000h anti-UV treatment and annual inspection.

Yes. We offer service in 7 languages: Spanish, English, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, French and German. We are the only installer on the Costa Blanca with full service in 7 languages.

For residential use on a private terrace, generally only prior notification is required. For hospitality venues they are included in the terrace licence. In both cases we handle the entire process.
